We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. Delivery charges may apply.

Refund and Returns Policy for Roman Natural Food

1. Return Eligibility:
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are only accepted if:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item was damaged during delivery.

• The product is expired upon arrival.

2. Timeframe:
You must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@rummannaturalfood.com with photos.

3. Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Exchanges:
We may offer a replacement for eligible issues. No exchanges for change of mind.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products.
